Hi Coach Lee! My ex broke up with me last week because I did something wrong about not trusting him. I already apologized and he also said sorry. Then I asked him if wants to continue and fix our relationship but he said he is not sure and he is still mad at me. So said I will not wait for him to be sure and just accept the break up and he said ok. I immediately do NC for 4 days now. Am I doing it right? We’ve been together for more than 5 years. He also broke up with me 2 years ago but came back. It hurts that he dumped me again.

11 year marriage. Intimate 4 times a week for that time. Limerence and attraction right to the last week when the door slammed shut. Refusal to touch or hug intentionally forcing herself away. Booking international holidays and purchasing furniture for our home the week before. Purchased a 4 wheel drive , camping trailer and camping gear worth around $55 k. Thanks Coach Lee, I now have her entire playbook. Don't worry though, I suffered for a few weeks before finding these videos. So the intended effect of no contact she hoped would happen, did happen. I do actually plan on asking her if we can try again now. That being said, I'm going to let it go for another few weeks. I appreciate that she put herself through something this difficult for the sake of what we had, and I want her to believe her victory was completely genuine for her own sake. She doesn't have to know that I took a fall.

the thing is that nowadays one can be so busy with self improvement (like myself), that hanging around with someone instead of focusing on your goals and solitude will feel like someone is holding you back. best thing is not to fall in love and just have a few hookups here and there. you won’t have to deal with the headache, meet their families or friends (because you wouldn’t want them around if it wasn’t for your ex anyway), and just focus on earning more money and staying fit.

Broke up with my partner of 6.5 years in December. I’m so struggling I needed this little encouragement I was nearly ready to txt him 😭💔 every month and a half since last September he said no contact I need a break so I gave it to him and contacted after that time, now I’m worried cause I haven’t initiated anything since the 8th of June he txt me asking how I was because I was going through this painful dental issue, then 8 days ago he txt me and said Hi how you feeling, I replied. Hi good thankyou and I didn’t ask him how he was, but knowing he had the dentist that day I think the next day I did say good luck and that’s it , so now I’m worried and as I say I’m back in punishment for not asking him, maybe this is my fault for not actually asking the words. Her parents influenced her and we were fighting a lot before breakup kind of little bit toxicity in our relation but it can be eliminated but she chosed to left as she told me there is toxicity but i was not toxic never cheated on her and no physical abuse and she never did these she said move on and find someone else and said i love u and letting u go and her parents wont allow us to marry due to cultural diffrences ...... any chance for her to change her mind ? nc does not works in many situations... i listen these useless videos many months and did all, nothing worked, even she said why I didn't called her long time if I really love her... stay in contact but devalue them during contact... do not listen whıo says no contact...

How do you have no contact when you live in the same house 😮

Hello good people of the internet! I know Coach Lee advocates no contact rule but does that apply for birthdays? We've just recently broke up and kinda agreed to no contact with few exceptions - i.e. birthdays (mine is few weeks after hers) and important stuff (she had eye surgery and I am having Bachelor's exams)

Shall I apply no contact if I’m the one who hurt him and made mistakes and I took him for granted unintentionally though but I reached out and apologized and told him to give me a chance but he won’t reply . Shall try more to win him back or just respect his will😢

Think I messed up n ignored the reach out. It was a couple comments on my fb posts but I didn’t reply to her comments even tho I replied to others on the same post 🙈. So my girlfriend(Ex now)said she didn’t want to lead me on because she said she couldn’t put the time in and was too exhausted to care. I understood exactly and was obviously devastated by the news I wish I asked if she wanted to try and work things out. She also told me I deserved better and that she was really sorry but I don’t want anyone else I told I could wait but she told me I’d be waiting forever honestly. I got the feeling she genuinely didn’t find me interesting anymore cause we never had arguments we had the most lovely dates. It came out of nowhere we were doing good. But that’s how I felt she never really told me exactly how she felt and she didn’t think she had the time and energy to get things moving I’m having trouble understanding exactly what she meant and wanted. Maybe I should’ve asked but I’m trying to move on and focus on myself now but it’s hard I took the news pretty tough. I feel I should just initiate the No Contact rule for my sake cause I miss her so much.

No contact works! Been in a relationship for 3 years and 3 months, we lived together for more than 2 years. He broke up with me, obviously because the emotional attraction fell, as Coach Lee said. Tried to talk him out of the breakup for about 2 weeks (texting every 3-4 days to ask if he can reconsider, but he declined and said he needs time and space). On the 4-6th week, we still had limited contact, he’d seldomly initiate the contact, while I do most of the time. By 7th week, I decided to go no contact after watching Coach Lee’s videos. He reached out after 13 days, that was the longest time we didn’t talk. He congratulated me on my graduation. And I’m shocked at how responsive, excited he is in communicating with me. It seems like he has so much to ask and say to me. He asks so many things about how I’m doing, about my family, my review for the bar exam, and he also shared (without me asking) about his life updates. He was just so excited to talk to me. And he even told me he’d buy me fruits so I’d feel better. And he always prioritizes my messages (does not reply nor read mutual friends messages), but replies so quickly to me and tells me when he’s busy and can’t reply immediately. I don’t know what happened to him why he suddenly turned like coming towards me (he also began liking my family’s and parents’ posts on fb which he does not even do for his own family and parents). He’s been consistent in watching and heart reacting to my stories. I don’t know why he suddenly turned like this. But I’m making sure to be reserved, though I’m still friendly and upbeat, but he can feel I put up some distance (tho I’m not cold), I’d just let the conversation die out. He seems to be coming towards me slowly, and I intentionally do not really engage that long in the conversation but make it light. Now, I don’t know how to handle this. 🥲

I lost a job and now have found a new really good one. I’m doing really well now, do I break no contact?

I’m wondering if I should break no contact after 3 or so months. I had lost a job and that put a stress on the relationship. Since then I’ve launched 2 side hustles and found a really good new job, is it worth telling my ex?

I feel all those feelings, because I loved him but I broke up with him because I knew he didn’t love me. And this is the worst of both worlds. 😢I get the feelings of the one who broke up with and the one who had been broken up with at the same time. And I can’t reach out because he disrespected me, and rejected me and never apologized. I know he won’t reach out because I broke up with him.
